Sally

Sally started Happy Tails in 2003, after working in medical laboratories for over 20 years. She has owned horses, dogs, and cats all of her life. She started riding at the age of 5 and continues to compete in Eventing, also holding a national license as a Technical Delegate in that sport. Sally and her husband now have 2 horses (Patrick and Dub), 3 dogs (Pete, Jethro, and Tony), 1 cat (Mr. Palmer) and an aquarium. Her heart is to ensure that clients know that their pets are cared for lovingly and responsibly.

Cindy

Cindy’s love affair for animals began at age 2. Her mother shares that she used to take naps on their German Shepherd. She can’t remember a time when she didn’t have a pup in her life. She considers it a joy to look after her four legged friends and know that they are truly knitted into the family unit. During her teen years she cared for neighbor’s animals and she had the opportunity to work for a pet sitter in college. These jobs exposed her to many different kinds of pets. Cindy began working for Happy Tails in August of 2007 and is happy to be a care giver again. Cindy, her husband and 2 sons have 2 dogs. Bonnie, a small mixed breed, is from a Texas rescue shelter and Tybee, a Golden Retriever, is from a home in Georgia.

Judy

Judy has had pets for as long as she can remember, starting with a dirty white injured dog who followed her home on the end of a rope. Her mother took one look at the despair on her face and "Spooky" was there to stay. Judy has three dogs, Ranger (an Australian Shepherd), Georgia (a dog of questionable heritage), and Brock (an Australian Shepherd mix). She also has a cat by the name of Arthur. Georgia and Brock are rescues and are so very grateful to have a forever home. Georgia is a registered Therapy Dog. There are many areas of work for therapy dogs and Georgia and Judy have decided that working with children with reading difficulties is where they are best suited. She is so very kind and the children read to her without fear of being criticized. It is so gratifying to hear that a child has improved his or her reading scores due in part to Georgia being there. Judy began working for Happy Tails in August of 2009 and loves interacting with all of your furry friends.
